We have decided to do something a bit more creative for April Fool's Day this year, rather than just another joke (note the 4th link). This year, we have an actual activity that you can get involved in! There will of course be a joke involved, but we'll get to that later.
If it goes well, we will consider making this an annual event (or at least a somewhat regular event). It will hopefully encourage people to discover artwork that they might not have actually seen before and offer a chance to look back at those pieces they've already seen.
What the activity is:
We have hidden a relatively well-known joke somewhere within a gallery piece, your mission if you choose to accept, is to find the correct "answer" to this joke. It's extremely likely that you will know the answer when you see it, but the tricky part is finding it. (Remember, if you work out the code it should be far less difficult)
The first one to find the answer will get a gold star and obviously bragging rights too! If you think you've found it, leave a message in the comment section with the answer. The competition will close once the joke's answer has been found. Good luck, puzzle solvers!
was the news posted the same day as all these comments were posted??...
Top Rated Pixel Art Can Kill Like Yoda
Almost there ! ... wait something still feel wrong :P
I think I got something... Top Rated Pixel Art
C K L Y missing...
Any reason why if you go to your comments, and look at the comments on this Newspost, it says "PixelBlink Icon for Me?"
I thinks its should be pl[a]y tr[i]ck or something like that.
Thinking Rationally Produces Absolute Chaos and Kills the Luckiest Youths.

Are you kidding me?
It's obviously Trees Really Pee After Crack Kills Loopy Yarn.

The Real Prize Actually Can Kill Levitating Yaks

I FOUND WALDO.
Longshot, but I have my reasons.
But probably not lol
trpackly = ply track... sort of "play track" right? Question is, What track?
trpackly
Try - leftover letters... p-a-c-k-l
I dunno. Running out of ideas
I am kinda with M. Lucanius on this one, but if anyone else insists on chasing this down, it's worth noting that we only lack an I to make that spell "play trick." >_>
"that doesn't make sense", "Most probably", or "cryptal"?
I don't care that it's joke I deserve that star because my answer is best! >:)
imo, the answer is... nothing. I think this is all a joke for April 1st... meaning the joke would be on those who scour through the gallery or rack their brains over a cryptic "clue". I don't trust anybody on this day... ever. I for one am not going to make a fool of myself by trying to figure this one out (legit or otherwise). I mean come on... it's April Fools Day... even if this contest is legit, it's got to have some kind of strings attached to it... and I don't feel like sticking my fingers into a mouse trap if you know what I mean.
A Parasaurolophus on rollerskates! LOL Long shot I know.
Wow, mind twister. So here is some stuff I cam eup with, none of it has lead anywhere.
Ther italisized letters are Trpackly. Searching for this proved fruitless. Although when you search for links, it does feature an awesome video of a bulldog humping a toy. Granted it's a gallery piece so searches are restricted to gallery.
You can separate the letters by what paragraph they are in, then you get T-rpack-l-y. That tells me nothing either. I tried to figure out if positioning of the letetrs has any meaning, but different formats put it in different lines, so then it make sno sense for them to rely on position. Unless that position is pargraphs, but pixelart/1511 or pixelart/15011 if you count the bold text as a pargraph do not bear any fruits.
So to summarize, search in the gallery, and it has something to do with Trpackly. Good Luck!
I just wanted to point out that you don't understand the code hidden in this post O.O
I just wanted to point out in the first sentence under "what the activity is" part, gallery's first L is a "/". If you ask me, thats a pretty hard typo to make.
Anagram says Track Ply.
I have no clue, I've searched pixels and members. Nothing.
"crpy Talk"
This is all I got. Any ideas where to search?
Oh well i give up for now. I feel that it's unlogically twisted or I just completely failed to see any logic in it either alphabetical, mathematical or both (or maybe it require a decent english level but I just sucks on this part :P)
It feels like the joke is to get people search for something for a long period of time and then tell them there isn't anything to search for.
"I have no idea what you're talking about... so here's a bunny with a pancake on its head."
"lolwut?"
"O RLY?"
"For great justice."
"Why so serious?"
Shooting in the dark there :D
Yup that link does'nt make any but i think there's an hint about the "linked part" :þ
